Employees interact with users all the time which is amazing and they ALWAYS listen (Most websites want a lot of users to agree to change something on the website), but Campusbug will listen to that one person and allow it to flow through the other employees for their opinions. The other cool feature they offer is the Reward System....your have to sign up to check out that feature because I wouldn't want to spoil it hehe. Great article!
