Stixy is a new webservice that you have probably never heard of, but that doesn’t make them any less worthy of being featured on Office Snapshots. Their service provides users with a collaborative workspace that is both fun and easy to use. You can currently share and edit to-dos, documents, photos, and send notes back and forth. Just think of it as an online, sharable bulletin board.
What makes their office unique is that the two developers live around the world from each other and work from their homes. Anders, whose office setup is shown first, is in Mill Valley, California. Jonas’, shown second, is located in Karlshamn, Sweden. This will undoubtedly continue to be a growing trend among developing businesses because it is not always easy or cost-effective to relocate around the world.
