McAfee Offices
January 24th, 2008 by Jose
McAfee has been keeping our computers safe from spam, viruses, spyware, phishing, and the like since the 80s. They’re like the sheriffs of the web. Except they have less shoot-outs and more Internet (a lot more).
Their offices in sunny Santa Clara, CA aren’t spectacular, but they seem pretty agreeable. Yes, the cubicles might remind us of Initech, but I bet these guys would let you have as many red Swinglines as you wanted. Also, doesn’t their Mexican food catering and threatening Wild West sign go quite well with my sheriff analogy?

Don’t they know that cubicles are dead? And where are the Macs. I love your blog and can’t wait to get an update in my RSS reader when you post new office snapshots. Keep them coming.

There’s a lot of CRTs there. All you can eat buffets are always good, though.
Jose, you might find these Justin.TV snaps of interest;

All of these pictures (expect for the picture of the building with “McAfee”) are from their Sunnyvale office right off of Lawrence Expressway. The company headquarters as seen from US-101 is very bland compared to their Sunnyvale office.
