Tumblr HQ
January 25th, 2008 by Stephen
Tumblr allows its users to create tumblelogs. While I know we would all like to think these are the aftermath of chopping a tree down on too steep of a slope, they aren’t. What they are are the scrapbooks of the internet, giving Tumblers the ability to quickly post media items.
I am a pretty big fan of their office space, and especially those red cubes that are hanging all over the place. Unless of course, they are camouflaged beehives. God, I hate bees.

Davidville is the name of an entity belonging to the Tumblr founder, David Karp, so I’d say it’s likely that those first two are his photos. Also, I think that at the time those photos were taken Tumblr had but one or two employees, so I don’t know who those other people are.
