The office is exactly what you make it and it gives those of us who have not done so on previous jobs a chance to get to know ourselves through the atmosphere we create in order to work. I went to Zappos for a job fair and the employees out front greeted me and directed me to the correct door. As you walk through the building everyone says hello and asks how you are doing. It is really refreshing to be in a building with so many kind and fun people. I have never felt so comfortable in a place the first time I walked in as I did at Zappos.
