Why don't people let you shoot the front of the buildings they're in though (wouldn't that be good advertising?) The bottle she's holding looks like a cold spray of some sort and she's doing a domestic graphic redesign for that company (from what I can see). The laptop indicates "freeze" of some sort, I'm guessing it's a chilling spray of some sort (maybe the hysterical magical cold spray european soccer teams use on their players?)
