Rofo Offices

If you’ve ever run a business and needed office space, but didn’t know where to look, or felt like those real estate agents were only out to make a buck off of you, then Rofo is the site for you. They’ve got a map that displays open listings in a given area and allows users browse and make viewing appointments. They were also recently covered on Techcrunch here.
During my latest visit to San Francisco, the Rofo team was nice enough to let me check out their space. As far as that is concerned, they have a very modest setup in a shared floor in an office on 2nd street. While they do have some developers that work off-site, Rofo is literally run from 4 desks in an ‘x’ or ‘+’ shaped configuration (depending on your vantage point). Employees have access to some great amenities like foosball, conference space, and a nice kitchen.

Great office space. Nothing too wasteful like 70% of the displayed office spaces on this blog, just business and a little pleasure. As it should be.
