Wealink Office
October 15th, 2008 by Jose
Today we’re going aaaaaaall the way to Shanghai to take a look at China’s Wealink. Wealink is like LinkedIn, but with all sorts of crazy squiggles all over the page. I also think the name looks like Weaklink, which would be an awful name for a website.
The office itself looks like a pretty standard startup office, aside from the Canadian Ice Wine (???) and the sweet views of downtown Shanghai. And, in case you’ve ever wondered whether they have IKEAs in China (and I really have wondered), 16 or so Vika Amon tables say they do.

They have meatballs and everything! I went to Ikea in Chengdu and it was a gong show.
On another note…they have desk and computers but no employees?

IKEA is there…
hmmm….it’s obviously a startup office. We cannot expect the company has enough budget for renovation.
“Wealink is like LinkedIn”…the company copies the idea from LinkedIn. We cannot expect there is any innovation in the office.
