I grew up in Culver City and its somewhat of an enigma. Many who drive through don’t see the appeal. It kind of looks like a sleepy town featuring pizza parlors, bars, fast food places. Then of course you have a lot of commerce on Sepulveda like Toys R Us and a bunch of banks.

Hipsters tend to like it because its a hop, skip, and jump to the beach and the crime rate is fairly low and it has a decent school system.

There’s really no super duper cool areas of houses as CC is a somewhat older town.
