Office Nomads Offices

There’s a sweet new idea raging across the country like a proverbial wildfire, and it’s called coworking. It’s kind of like an office version of a hostel. The idea is to have a large office that is available for anyone to drop by and share on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Today we’re looking at Office Nomads, a great coworking establishment in Seattle.
Office Nomads is stocked with all the essentials: Internet, conference rooms, printers, coffee, a notary, and, obviously, a bookcase full of board games for when you get sick of working. I think a fun thing to do would be to go to Office Nomads, pay the daily fee for yourself and a couple of friends, and then spend 8 loud hours playing Catchphrase and annoying the other tenants. As you’re getting escorted out, tell them Office Snapshots sent ya.

So, basically, a coworking space is like a Library without all the books and without the subtly gorgeous clerks?
Seems like a good place to go and steal peoples ideas and innovations.

Thanks for the post, guys! We loved having you come through, and look forward to seeing you here more often. And I promise we won’t steal your ideas or innovations. In fact, we’ll encourage you and help you develop them if you’d like.
That’s the way coworking is – you can read all about it here: http://wiki.coworking.info.
And instead of subtly gorgeous, we just stick with straight-up HOT at ON.
