Most of their implementation teams are young and inexperienced. Product is ok, but they need adults on the front line working with customers. Their total lack of decisiveness makes customers spend millions on unnecessary hardware.

It should also be noted that this article is over a year old and the pictures may be even older. I was on a tour a few weeks ago and things look a bit different. The tour guide mentioned that Epic has had a record hiring year…everyone has to go somehwere right?

It should be noted that “All employees have private offices” is factually incorrect. Nearly half the employees share an office with another employee.
