Ascent Private Capital Management – Minneapolis Offices

Garcia Tamjidi Architecture Design recently designed and completed a wonderful office project for Ascent Private Capital Management, a division of US Bank.

The Minneapolis offices were designed to be “a highly flexible and transparent environment, [that] supports many forms of client and team interaction”. As you can see from the images, the space includes a number of open or glass-walled meeting areas that aid the above purposes, but also bring a wonderful brightness to the environment.

At 11,000 sqft, the office not only has plenty of room for work, but also supportive functions like storage and staging. The architects also note that the space is multi-functional in that one “client support spaces can be transformed from a presentation setting with seating for forty to a large private dining room for evening events.”

Ascent Capital Management also required well-lit and proper wall space for their rotating art collection of new local artists as well as patrons of the company’s clients – a key element to each of their six nationwide office locations. To aid communication and education, a state of the art video conferencing system keeps other teams and institutional leaders from around the globe at their fingertips.

Garcia Tamjidi has also completed work for Airbnb, Apple, Method, and Index Ventures.
