The Knoll Generation Chair is one I had the opportunity to review a while back. I really like the chair, and think that it’s underlying idea that people don’t actually sit like robots and move around is sound. I move around a lot when I sit and liked it’s flexibility.
“Generation by Knoll, an ergonomic office chair, takes the idea of elastic design —where a product rearranges itself in response to its user—to a new level.
Generation offers a new standard of comfort and unrestrained movement, supporting the range of postures and work styles typical of today’s workplace.
Generation moves as you move. Using the inherent flexibility and durability of a high performance elastomer, Generation literally flexes as you change position, responding to your movements.”
