They are disinterested in becoming the largest wheel producer, but instead upon great service and quality products to their customers. 360° wants customers for life and values each customer interaction.

The company also must value their employees based upon the sight of their offices. The aesthetics of the office are just beautiful and pleasant to the eyes. Each employee has a large work area with plenty of screen real estate. Some people might dislike the amount of lighting, but it really adds to the appeal of the space because of its product-matching elegance. The waiting area is also very comfortable looking with leather couches and a large flatscreen.
