Users submit and vote on links, articles, blogs, etc. The best stuff is displayed and organized on the front page. The site is currently ‘alpha’, so it only has basic features online.

The office itself is located in Berlin, and really exemplifies what I think of when I think ‘startup’. It only has the basic elements that are necessary at the early stages of building a web company: computers, desks, and black cats.
