Back when I was a boy, the only thing phones were good for was for bettin’ on them ponies. Three Melons takes the shady bookies and heartache out of phone gaming by giving you fun alternatives like Footvolley, LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Indiana Jones, and Orangutan Island.
Their offices are located in Buenos Aires, Argentina and feature some close-knit developing stations for their employees to create their work. Even though everyone is close together, it seems like workers are able to stay focused on their tasks, which is very necessary in an open environment. The office’s green color goes well with the wooden floor. Employees are also lucky to have a guitar hero room (Yay!) that looks as if it is used for meetings as well (Boo!).

The Southern Hemisphere wrote us an email this week, saying it felt a bit neglected. We don’t want any hard feelings, so today we present to you Woonky, a full-service interactive agency located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Woonky has worked with some decent brands over the years, including Ramazotti liquor, Nip/Tuck, and Converse.
Woonky sure loves those 45 degree angle shots. They also love Space Invaders and vodka, but those are much more mainstream interests. The real gem in the office, though, is the bathroom. It has a bathtub! Cool, yes, but not as cool as the bathroom reading material with matching hand towels.

Viarosario is not the typical internet company that we’d cover on Office Snapshots. Instead being what you might call a web 2.0 company, Viarosario is a leisure and entertainment portal for Argentina’s second largest city, Rosario.
The office itself is pretty small and quaint, without much in the area of excess amenities, but I’d say it is pretty much a normal office by world standards. Their bullpen area would be very helpful for the staff to collaborate on pieces they are writing. Lastly, the office is well lit, and has large unstandard signage on the front of the building that adds some helpful advertising.

Good morning gentle readers. Today we’re looking at LatinManagers, a web marketing company located in La Plata, Argentina. If that seems a bit vague, here are some details: they specialize in e-business, IT development, web consulting, content development, & e-marketing.
I’ll be honest, I had no idea where La Plata was before today. I now know, however, that it is near Buenos Aires. And it seems like they have some marvelous weather there.
They use the term “glocal” to describe their company. Global + Local = Glocal ! I like that.
